With limited Fern training availability in the U.S., NM Aesthetics offers a rare opportunity to train directly with Megan, either in-clinic or through private, hosted sessions.

Fern Technique Training

Megan is the exclusive U.S. trainer for Tom van Eijk Academy for the Fern Pattern Technique™, Lip Tenting and the Palma Technique. As international travel for training remains limited, NM Aesthetics has become a dedicated home base for Fern education in the U.S.

Fern trainings are offered in two formats:

• On-site trainings at NM Aesthetics, hosting injectors in-clinic
• Private, off-site trainings, where Megan travels to your practice

Patient Shadow Days

NM Aesthetics offers Patient Shadow Days for providers who want an inside look at how Megan  approaches real-world aesthetics. During this observational experience, qualified injectors can shadow Megan during a live clinic day, gaining exposure to patient flow, consultations, treatments, and clinical decision-making as it happens.

While the number and type of patients seen may vary, Shadow Days include opportunities for case review, open Q&A, and thoughtful discussion around technique, safety, and treatment planning. For those interested, conversations may also extend beyond the treatment room into business ownership and practice growth, drawing from Megan’s experience as both a provider and founder.

Shadow Days are observational only, offered in half-day or full-day formats, and availability is limited with approval required.
