Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personal care and skincare items.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for consideration.

Non-Returnable Items

Personal care and skincare products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you have questions before placing an order, our team is happy to help ensure you select the right product.

Processing Fees

Any refunds issued, if approved at our discretion, will be processed via Shopify and subject to a 3.5% processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Shipping

Orders less than $300 will be charged a flat rate fee of $10. We offer free shipping on orders over $300 and on all Skinbetter products. We also honor any promotions that are run by the skincare brand direct website.

Orders can also be picked up at 4201 Wilson Blvd, Suite 250, Arlington VA 22203 within 24-48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped within Virginia. Orders shipped outside of Virginia are not subject to sales tax. Please note that if you choose to check out using Shop Pay, taxes may still be applied in accordance with Shop Pay’s processing and applicable tax regulations.
