1. Your Nurse Megan Aesthetics, LLC. Facial Membership entitles you to a monthly custom glow/signature hydrafacial (signature), deluxe hydrafacial (deluxe), or platinum hydrafacial (platinum) ($230 / $260 / $290 per month).

2. Your Nurse Megan Aesthetics, LLC. Elite Membership entitles you to one platinum hydrafacial per month, 15% off skincare products (excludes Omnilux), 50 free units of neurotoxins (must be split between 3 visits per year), $100 off filler (excludes lip filler), 10% off all RF and Cool Peel treatments, and a free yearly glimpse evaluation with a master esthetician. ($399 per month).

3. Your Nurse Megan Aesthetics, LLC. Select Membership entitles you to one deluxe hydrafacial per month, 10% off skincare products (excludes Omnilux), 20 free units of neurotoxins (must be split between 2 visits per year), $50 off filler (excludes lip filler), 10% off all RF and Cool Peel treatments, and a free yearly glimpse evaluation with a master esthetician. ($375 per month).

4. Your Nurse Megan Aesthetics, LLC. Classic Membership entitles you to one signature hydrafacial per month, 10% off skincare products (excludes Omnilux), 10 free units of neurotoxins, 10% off all RF and Cool Peel treatments, and a free yearly glimpse evaluation with a master esthetician. ($325 per month).

5. Your Nurse Megan Aesthetics, LLC. Membership agreement begins the day you enroll in the program. Your monthly membership payment will be automatically deducted on the 1st day of each month thereafter using the credit card or debit card provided upon sign-up. Facials are to be redeemed monthly and will expire if not used (no monthly roll-over or extensions). Facials and other perks are non-transferrable and can only be used by the stated member.

6. A 6 month enrollment is required. You cannot upgrade or downgrade during the 6 month period. At the 6 month mark if you choose to upgrade or downgrade you will be locked into that rate for the next 6 month period. If you choose to cancel your membership before the 6 months is up, a 3 month balance will be charged to the card on file. Cancellation must be done by the 15th on the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Cancellations are to be made via email and sent tofrontdesk@nmaesthetics.com. We will contact you to confirm your account cancellation within 48 hours of receipt.

7. You may place a 1 month hold, once per year, on your Nurse Megan Aesthetics, LLC. Membership. Hold requests are to be made via email and sent tofrontdesk@nmaesthetics.comby the 15th of the previous month.

8. If your monthly payment is declined, you will be given 7 days (from the scheduled payment date) to reconcile your account. If the account is not reconciled within 7 days, we may cancel this agreement immediately.

9. Nurse Megan Aesthetics, LLC. has a 48-hour appointment cancellation policy. No-shows and cancellations (with fewer than 48 hours' notice) will be charged the cost of the facial scheduled.

10. If you are enrolled in an Nurse Megan Aesthetics, LLC. Membership, you cannot combine discounts/monthly promotions with the membership discounts, LE. RF promotions, Cool Peel promotions, skincare promotions, neurotoxin discounts, filler discounts, birthday promotions, and referrals. This agreement gives Nurse Megan Aesthetics, LLC. the authorization to charge your credit or debit card for monthly membership dues, cancellation fees & no-show fees.
