Yagna Patel is a board certified Nurse Practitioner. Yagna received her bachelor’s in Human, Nutrition, Foods and Exercise from Virginia Tech where she discovered her passion for medicine volunteering as an EMT. She received her bachelor’s in nursing at George Washington University in 2017 and has worked in the emergency department since. 

 

Yagna has always been fascinated with skin care and when she learned about aesthetic medicine she knew this is what she wanted to do. She believes it is the perfect marriage of art and anatomy. It allows her to tap into her creative side all while applying evidence based practice. She is most excited about educating her patients and safely helping them achieve their goals.

Outside of work Yagna loves being outdoors with her golden retriever (Riva), trying new restaurants and hanging out with friends and family! Yagna is thrilled to start her journey at NM | Aesthetics and can’t wait to provide safe up to date practices for her patients.
