Being a military brat, Courtney has lived all over the world, her favorite place being Germany. Although she has lived in Virginia most of her adult life, she considers Long Island, NY to be home. She has always had a passion for the fashion industry and decided to study Fashion Merchandising for her undergraduate degree. She wanted a more rounded education and chose to go straight into her master’s program getting her graduate degree in Business Management and Leadership. She always knew she wanted to work somewhere she could help people and make them feel beautiful but couldn’t find the perfect place to do so. Meeting Megan was fate, and she knew this was the place she was meant to be!

In her free time, she coaches a Varsity level high school cheerleading team, which she adores. She loves spending time with her family and friends. Family is incredibly important to her and she is very close to her twin brother. She also enjoys playing with her Siberian Husky, Piper, and getting outside any chance they get! She is so happy to work with a great group of  women and is grateful for such an amazing support system.
